Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for flight cancellations or natural disasters. However, registered delegates may transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to future conferences.

Please be advised that this email is not from our official team, and we do not involve any third-party agencies for accommodation arrangements.

For your safety and to protect your personal information:

  • Do not respond to that email.
  • Do not share any card details, personal travel or accommodation details with unauthorized parties.
  • All official communication regarding accommodation will come directly from our organizing team only.

To cancel your registration, please submit a written request. The following conditions apply:

  • Email communication is required for cancellations.
  • Full refund (minus $150 admin fee) if canceled 4 months before start date.
  • Half refund if canceled 3 months before start date.
  • No refund if canceled within 2 months of start date.
  • Registrations are transferable (credit shell).
  • Accommodation booked through us is refundable before 15 days.
  • Accommodations are transferable to colleagues.
